At Atelyer Ashforde Enterprises Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and apparel), we have a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene and product integrity. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Reporting Period: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at ashfordeatelyer@gmail.com with supporting images or videos of the damaged/defective product.
2. Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used perfumes.
Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Products without original packaging, tags, or labels.
Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers.
3. Return Process
Request Approval: Email us at ashfordeatelyer@gmail.com with your order details, images/videos of the issue, and a clear explanation.
Approval: If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the product.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility:
Approved returns for defective or incorrect products.
Orders canceled by us due to unavailability of stock.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Partial Refunds:
If the product shows signs of use or is missing components, only a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect products. If you wish to exchange a product, contact us at ashfordeatelyer@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Cancellations
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us at ashfordeatelyer@gmail.com immediately.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
The product does not meet the return conditions outlined above.
The return request is made after the specified reporting period.
